I just ordered this product this morning and I can't believe I actually fell for it bc I usually do not order anything online. I called customer service and basically the representative just tried to ahi me up by encouraging me just to receive the pills and try them for the free trial. I know that it was her job to pitch a script to me over and over again because I have worked at a call center just like that one.I told the representative that I wanted to cancel my free trial and she told me that I would have to wait until I recieved the package. I hung up the phone and called back in hopes that I would be able to speak with a different representative but I got the same person. By this time after waiting on hold to be connected to someone I began to lose my patience. When she answered the phone she asked for my order number and from the tone in her voice she knew that it was me calling her again. I didn't even let her speak because I already knew what she was going to say. I told her that I know that I would have to recieve the package before I could cancel my trial but that I needed for her to cancel any future orders of this product and also told her to take my information out of the system. She says that she cancelled my future orders, which makes me mad bc I was not aware that they had the nerve to schedule future orders anyway bc nowhere did it say that. She told me that in order for me to get my information taken out of the system then I should get a call back as soon as I get the package. I told her that I would call them back the moment that I get it and remove my information. I hated that I had to be rude with her, but I already knew that her job was not to actually help me but to pretend like she was. If you want action then you really have to be rude with these people and know what your talking about.

I ordered 14 day the charged my account $149.90 an i didn't authrize them to take it out of my account.I talked to Lewis agent #257. Once I told him I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau he started changing his tune. Called my bank an told them the situation an the are going to dispute the charges.

Keep charging my credit card for things I did not order. Had to cancel my card. Trying to recover over $500. in money they took from me. Scammers! They are under investigation by my credit card company. What a hassle!DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM AS WELL AS GREEN MOUNTAIN 1000!TOTAL RIPOFF! I canceled my cred card too and they still managed to bill me. I called 3 times and got hung up on and the 4th I called after I got charged AGAIN they told me those numbers that are on my credit card statement aren't even them. What is this place?!?

The same thing happened to me. I called today and you could tell they had written a script JUST for this type of situation. It's frustrating, but I never got an offer for $35.00 back. I'm going to call back tomorrow (or this afternoon) and try again. I have only had the bottle for about a week as well and have seen NO results at all. I'm calling it a scam. Sorry to see others are experiencing the same problem, but at least it's reassuring to know that I'm not insane for thinking that they should take care of their customers.

Garcinium/Supra Cleanse 350 - paying $99.99 not $4.95...requests to cancel not acknowledged

I've accumulated over $400 charges over 4 weeks. How do I make it stop? Please help. 1. I have issues with both Garcinium and the Supra Cleanse 350 product costs each at $99.99 monthly. 2. When made order, I made two requests for the Supra Cleanse 350. One of the Supra Cleanse site and the other via the Garcinium site? My request to cancel the order via the Supra Cleanse Customer Service was acknowledged. However I was sent 1 bottle and was automatically charged $99.99. I included below the message received from the Customer Service. Note the product was not received within 5 days, I did not have the opportunity to meet the 14 days trial period and certainly could not return the product within 30 days initial order date. 3. Also contact your bank and tell them of the issue. Most banks seem to be aware.

Your bank will send you a dispute form. Fill it out saying that you have not received anything and that you are not able to contact the supplier.

The bank will cancel further payments once they receive this form. you may lose the initial payment but you should be able to stop all further ones.

Their T and C has loopholes. Get a bunch of people together and get a lawyer to look at it and write a legal letter. They will soon fold.

After over 1 mth I still haven't received my paid fit product and they've ripped money out of the account ... It is illegal as it states upon receipt of product if not happy return..

Product was never recieved.. In my search to find this mob of scammers I was directed to slimline company in England and called. The man apologised and said there is a bouncer for supracleanse you can call and gave it to me..

I called and the number has been disconnected.. Of course it was..

Dee, call your credit card fraud department to cancel your card and id expenses unauthorised which you should not pay. Make sure to keep the emails you sent trying to cancel etc.

My fraud department credited my account of those charges. Do it now!

Same thing happened to me, but I didn't order the Supra Cleanse. I tried to cancel as well right after I ordered.

I did receive an email back from Garcinium 14 days later, the exact same email that you got, word per word. I am sure it's the same scam company. They did say in the beginning that I've been taken off the monthly auto-ship program, so I won't be receiving the product monthly. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges (the $99.99 that they took after 14 days), and they told me to keep all the emails that they sent, just in case in the future, they charge me more.

I got the product 30 days later, and I emailed the company to tell them I received it 30 days later, which means I was not given enough time to return it within 30 days to get a full refund.

They told me if I return it now, I won't be getting a full refund, so instead, they told me I can keep it for 50% off.

I wrote back to them I still want to return it.

Get your bank involved. Call the dispute team.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I spoke to my bank's fraud department.

After their review of the charges it became clear that different company numbers were used. I had approved the initial charges (approx $17) so paid for that.

The bank took care of the faudulous subsequent charges (3x $99 and the delivery charged of $6).

My credit card was cancel to ensure no other charges could be applied.

Thank you to my bank (CIBC).

SCAM ALERT

This whole process is a complete scam. They tell you that you are ordering a "trial" bottle of the Mango Cleanse for "free" and that you will only pay shipping and handling charges. In reality, when you complete your order and agree to their "Terms and Conditions," you are agreeing to be billed a monthly amount for a "subscription." I talked to a customer service representative last night and he told me that if I tried to dispute the charge to my credit card, they would send a copy of their Terms and Conditions to my credit card company showing that I had, indeed, agreed to a monthly subscription charge and that their monthly charges were legit. This screams of a scam. BUYER BEWARE -- Do NOT do business with this company!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is vicky I saw ad in a Facebook advert it had vicky from George shore I looked on the ad and it said free trail try these cleanse fix and slim pills I read a little bit on vicky review and it looked really good I'm not exactly big I just wanted to try and see if the pills could make me feel better in myself I ordered the pills online the her advert and it said 4 shipping and another 4 for shipping when I put all my details in and payed with my account I saw on the left hand side small print 98 per bottle for 30 days I couldn't belive it all that money for a bottle of pills I had already charged my card I saw on the ad it said no exercising needed with these pills I rang the no it gives u to cancel it took 10 minutes to receive a reply I spoke to some guy based in London explained my predicament and he said he would cancel one bottle and give me a discount on the other he said I will receive the bottles on 24 Dec use 2 weeks supply then send them bck based in London and have to pay for shipping again and have to ring on 8 Jan to get Ram no and then a tracking no and then send bck also pay the shipping again I also asked him about the slim pills do u have to have both bottles for it to work and he said no but u need to do a lot of exercises which isn't going to work for me as I'm wheelchair bound he said sorry to hear that it dosent state that u need to do a lot of exercising for these to work and dosent state u have to pay so much money until u order ed the pills If any ones interested in getting these pills make sure u look on the ad tho u rely Don't make the same mistake I did also when u sign up for these pills u receive a newsletter not free either saying taking out my account even though I didn't agree to this be careful

Ordered trials for$2.99 each .$109.99 taken over 2 days hadn't even recieved product until after money taken. Am disabled Pensiner can't do this.

I ordered 2 sample bottles from Garcinium for $2.99 each on 11 July on 28th $109.99 & 29th another $109.99 was taken. I received first bottle day after I realized they took money next bottle I received on 6th August. There is only address no Invoice .I am on Disability Pension & no way can afford to lose money like this. I have looked up everything I can think of even rang Police they can't help.Have heard since that I am not only one this has happened to.I don't know what to do am worried sick. I suffer with depression also anxiety & I am very ill & this has tipped me over edge can assure you.Please can you help me ? Debra Pallier

I have just received another bottle of the colon detox tablets today tried to find them on internet so I could cancel but there is no e-mail address only thing I have got is the return address on box so I am going to return them. I ordered the trial of garcinium in early July with the understanding it would only be the cost of shipping (which I was charged for), as well as after reading the fine print I noticed they were going to charge my credit card $99.99 every month for repeats of the drug. So i sent an email to cancel all further orders, to which they replied all orders would be cancelled. But recently I received my credit card statement saying that not even two week after signing up for the trial, I was charged the $99.99 despite my cancellation, and have heard no response via email regarding the issue, and am unable to find any contact information for this company. I will be calling my credit card company to see if there is anything they can do to block further transactions and ensure that this does not continue. For all future users I STRONGLY RECOMMEND not ordering from this company, there are many other garcinia products available that i have found for approx. $20 (Canadian) a month, that are from reliable stores or pharmacies, without the risk of being scammed.

I have also been cheated by this company. It was a free trial & they promised the goods within 5 business day.

After 2 1/2 weeks I still didn't receive the goods. Email them & they ask for confirmation of shipping address.

Within 2 days I received the goods but then later noticed they have reversed the US$2.99 charges & futher debited US99.99 =RM322.91 to my credit card. Beware friends, this is a scam n hv reported to my cr card company.

They also promised me the same things. But lucky for me, as soon I made my order, I checked out the reliability of this website.

I was shocked when it said that there will be continuous orders every month...so I sent them emails (yes, lots of them), got a reply & managed to cancel my subscription in my trial period. I also cancelled my debit card.

So no other payments other than S&H fees are charged. But about a month later, I received the goods....so should I resend them back or not?

I had almost the same problem with those scammers...

Since you cannot be charged for any transaction initiated after your credit card has been cancelled, I would suggest you cancel your present credit card and get a new one.

Being ripped off

I paid for the free trial of the Mango cleanser and Garcinia Cambogia and then they took out another amount which I didn't realise that the 30 day free trial starts from the day you order and being in Australia unfortunately it takes 10-15 working days to get too you. I eventually rang them and said that they are no longer to take any money out of my account and still waiting on an email to confirm my conversation with them. I did not receive mango cleanser and only got the one bottle of garcinia but they took my money. This is ridiculous so in the event they chose not to answer my email I will post on facebook for people to be aware of what they are doing when ordering on line. If you want to send my mango cleanser as I have paid for it that would be good.
